Cancellation
Cancellation terms are shown at checkout and confirmed in your booking.
Write the cancellation policy for each rate plan as configured in Guesty (for example: full refund up to X days before arrival, Y% after that), and the policy for Candela Estate and events.
Payment
Prices are in US dollars. Taxes and fees are shown in your quote before you confirm.
Describe the payment schedule (deposit and balance dates), accepted payment methods, security deposit (if any) and who pays bank or card fees.
Extras and spaces
- Villa 1 extra beds on direct bookings: USD 25 per bed, per night (up to two).
- Zoco private rental: 2 hours USD 200, 4 hours USD 350, full day USD 600. Included with Candela Estate.
- Private beach club: reserved for Candela guests, about 20 minutes by car. An operating fee applies and transport is arranged by guests.
- In-villa spa treatments à la carte and personal trainers, on request.
Add the current beach club operating fee, if you want it published.
House rules
Candela is a wellness community, and these rules protect the calm that guests come for.
Villa 1, Villa 3 and Villa 7
- Check-in / outCheck-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM.
- Quiet hours10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep music and voices low outdoors so neighbors and other guests can rest.
- Parties and eventsNot allowed in individual villas. Events are possible only with a full Candela Estate buyout, prior approval and a separate quote.
- SmokingNo smoking indoors.
- PetsPets are not allowed.
- ChildrenChildren are welcome.
Candela Estate (full buyout)
- Check-in / outCheck-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM.
- Quiet hours10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, in line with Candela's wellness spirit.
- EventsCelebrations and events are possible with the full Estate, with prior approval and a separate quote. Plans, schedule and music are agreed with our team before arrival.
- SmokingNo smoking indoors.
- PetsPets are not allowed.
- ChildrenChildren are welcome.
Privacy notice
This notice explains how Candela handles the personal data you share on candela.mx.
Add the legal name and address of the company responsible for your data (responsable), as required by Mexico's Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares, and have this notice reviewed by your legal advisor.
What we collect
When you request a quote, book or send an inquiry we collect your name, email, phone number, travel dates, group size and the message you write. We also record how you reached our site (for example the campaign or website that referred you).
How we use it
- To answer your inquiry, prepare quotes and manage your reservation.
- To send information about your stay. We do not sell your data.
- To measure and improve our advertising, using hashed (encrypted) contact data where applicable.
Who processes it for us
Our reservation system (Guesty), Google (Tag Manager, Analytics and Sheets) and Meta (advertising measurement). Payments, when available online, are processed by our payment provider and card details never reach our servers.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement through Google Tag Manager.
If you target visitors from the EU or California, add a cookie consent banner in Google Tag Manager (Consent Mode) before launch.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or object to the use of your personal data (ARCO rights) by writing to hospitality@candela.mx.
